WHY THE MIDDLE EAST?

Establishing a fully operational refit hub here is not just strategic,
it’s essential. Superyachts visiting the Gulf now have a local
“repair pit stop” where expert teams, experienced facilities, and
streamlined services ensure every journey is supported,
maintained, and elevated.

Dubai is the historic heart of yachting in the Gulf, home to the region’s
oldest and most visited boat show. Its deep-rooted maritime culture,
proven infrastructure, and global connectivity make it the natural base
for a refit hub — a place where heritage, expertise, and efficiency come
together to support every superyacht journey.

Drydocks World is the Middle East’s leading shipyard, trusted for
decades in large-scale marine repair and engineering. Through our
joint venture with DDW, we combine their world-class infrastructure
with our superyacht-refit expertise, creating a dedicated hub that
delivers precision, capability, and reliability at every stage
of the refit process.

Argo Navis Bespoke Yachting brings specialised superyacht
expertise into the joint venture, backed by a dedicated team of
naval architects, engineers, designers, and project managers.
Together, we ensure every refit delivers the precision, craftsmanship,
and oversight expected at the highest level of the industry.

MY FINESSE 50m - CRN
COMPLETION Q4 2026

Full Refit & Conversion
To Hybrid Propulsion

This section should open with a short overview of the project, highlighting
the scope and scale of the refit — an 50-metre superyacht undergoing
a complete technical transformation. The text should then focus on the
conversion to hybrid propulsion, underscoring its complexity, engineering
precision, and the performance benefits achieved. It should convey how
this milestone defines the project’s technical depth, while also
mentioning supporting integration, and noise reduction.
